The Company was founded in 2016 by our President & CEO Dustin Hollenbeck. The operation at that time was solely for the purpose of providing affordable private investigations to those in need. In 2019 Mr. Hollenbeck saw the need for security services increase but knew the cost to provide such services was too high for many. Only large corporate entities and those of wealth could only afford. It was at that moment Mr. Hollenbeck created Hollenbeck Protective Services, adding affordable uniformed security services to the umbrella. Today, we are growing and determined to become one of Florida's most professional, reliable, affordable Security & Investigation companies in the state.

Mr. Hollenbeck began his career working as a security officer while attending the police academy. After several years he left the police department and began to work in the private sector conducting investigations for a large Corporation that included a variety of case types such as Credit Card fraud, Identity theft, Internal theft, workplace violence, Sex crimes, and burglaries. Worked on plain-clothed surveillance, installation of electronic surveillance, and GPS Tracking Systems. He also provided VIP escorts for celebrities and some government officials.

With 20+ years of experience as a licensed security officer, he obtained additional certifications through FEMA, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and advanced training on Interviews and Interrogations through WickLander-Zulawski & Associates. In addition the Law enforcement mountain bike certification from LEBA.
